Ok... I'm gonna take a little break from LJ for a minute. I have a few art projects to focus on and I'm trying to leave all interweb temptations. Also, I've managed to get a heavier work schedule at work. Plus I'm getting an xbox soon (MW2/ODST here I come!) Double plus, I've become sucked back into nerdity. Exterminators, Walking Dead, the Runaways, Ben Templesmith works including the 30 Days series, finally getting into Marvel Civil War, and a bunch of comics I got a long time ago that I'd like to catch up on. I'll still be checking randomly to check everyone's updates when I get time, too.

Today I had planned on a sort of '24 hour comic day' of my own to work on Zombocalypse. While I did get a few pages done, it wasn't a 24 hour thing. Instead, I spent a few hours at Home Depot building this:
It cost me about $10 in parts. It's part of a future project I'm working on. Although, I'm on the lookout for cheaper parts for mass-production...

By the way, has anyone else been having problems with LJ the past few days? It's been unusually sluggish, sometimes just refusing to reload. The rest of the internet loads/runs smoothly. It only seems to be LJ. |
